Tony Santucci is a pleasure to work with. I had some major AWD ssues with my 2002 S60 that would have potentially cost me over $5,000 to fix. Tony and the service team worked out a solution that reduce major AWD ssues with my 2002 S60 that would have potentially cost me over $5,000 to fix. Tony and the service team worked out a solution that reduced the cost dramatically. After having the AWD removed,new brake pads/rotors, replaced broker upper engine mount, new battery, changed oil, replaced timing belt, replaced leaking coolant resevoir PLUS receiving a 15% discount card from Volvo, the total cost was $2900. My car is running beautifully now. I highly recommend working with Tony because he is honest, and always tells what needs to be work on now and what should be worked on in the future. He never says everything has to be done right then. I trust Tony with all my service needs and am always happy to work with him. Volvo's service is superior. My most recent experience with Tony and the Suburban Volvo Service Department was this morning, when I brought my Volvo C70 car in with 2 flats (hit a pothole in the rain), and by mid-morning I had two brand-new tires, that had been balanced and aligned perfectly, and a shiny (car washed) car, all compliments of Suburban Volvo. Tony had arranged for my being driven to work, picked up at work and brought to the Dealership when my car was ready, and sent on my way, with a fully repaired car,all done in a matter of a few hours. the car I replied to was sold from underneath me while I was going to the dealership. The salesman was not very forthright, unknowledgeable and unwilling to assist and was only concerned with the sale and n was going to the dealership. Volvo was never serviced despite claims of being certified. Fog lamps did not operate. Unwilling to paint small chips on bumber. Unwilling to provide floor mats and touch up paint. Electric sockets were also inoperable. Finance Department was ok but I would not recommend this dealership nor would I purchase another vehicle. Do not believe a word Elliot tells you. Lie, Cheat and Steal.....thats what its all about at Suburban More
