She very professionally questioned what we had in mind and then explained very clearly to us how the 2013 XC70 would provide us with the latest technology at a reduced price. We were not convinced that this is what we wanted, but she patiently worked with us and let us have moments to discuss our options privately, which is what we needed in order to make our final decision. Contacted Matt and many other dealers about the car I was interested in. Matt was the only person willing to give a trade estimate and negotiate the price of the vehicle online.
