I Came in to Suburban Volvo because My mother and a couple of friends who have dealt with them spoke very highly. I have been a loyal Honda owner for the past 20 years so I was hesitant to look at the couple of friends who have dealt with them spoke very highly. Matt really made me feel as comfortable as anyone could possibly be that is make a huge decision like buying a new vehicle. My Mom just purchased a 2012 S60 and she told me to go talk with Matt and see what he can do. He has a great sense of humor which I appreciate and is very knowledgeable about the Products. I cane in looking to trade my CR-V in for another SUV the numbers on that did not work but Matt guided me and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful S80 I still will probably at some point upgrade to the XC60 or90. I just returned from seeing Matt again, I brought my Partner in today and he is now driving a beautiful 2012 S60. So Yes I would and already have started my referrals to Matt at Suburban Volvo. I will also mention that another guy named Matt in the finance department ran my paperwork and again it was relatively painless :-) I must say the whole process from begin to now has been the almost the best car buying experience I have had in 26 yrs. I plan to become a loyal Volvo owner from now on. More
