She was gracious, very professional, and introduced me to her GM and service staff. While in the car, and before leaving the dealership, she walked me through some of the cars features, and spoke to the Sirius radio people to set up the new service for me. She waited patiently for the new service to start up, and helped me move my personal items from the old car to new. The overall end to end new sales process was quick, no hassle, and seamless. I would recommend suburban and Maryanne highly for any future new sales/service needs. Louis Obregon was very friendly and (unlike other dealer salesman) very "not pushy". Louis fixed us up with a vehicle like we wanted (XC60), handed us the keys and said see me when you get back. A week later we drove home our new XC60. Originally, we were interested in trading in our Volvo XC70 for an entrance to the Volvo dealership and very pleasantly asked how she could help us. She very professionally questioned what we had in mind and then explained very clearly to us how the 2013 XC70 would provide us with the latest technology at a reduced price. We were not convinced that this is what we wanted, but she patiently worked with us and let us have moments to discuss our options privately, which is what we needed in order to make our final decision. We then told her we would purchase the metallic silver 2013 Volvo XC70 with beige leather interior. We were extremely happy to have done business with Maryann and her behind the scenes manager.
