I called the next day and told him I wanted to see the car I LOVED again and it was waiting for me with a lovely "RESERVED" sign on the dashboard with my name on it and we made the deal which I was pleased with. The entire transaction was smooth and everyone I came in contact with were very nice to me. Further, I Just love this BEAUTIFUL CAR and Joel said I could call him any time with any concerns I might have. I know I made the right choice with this VOLVO ! More

Pleasant Sales Experience Dealing with Joel and General Sales Manager, Lou, were good interactions despite it being a holiday weekend (Memorial Day). They were straight forward interacting with us and we knew where the negotiations stood at all times. That is the pleasant end to the scenario. We originally came to the dealership to service our 2012 XC60 for 45K service and after the AC began to put out hot air and making 'noise' the previous Sunday. The earliest appointment we could be provided was Friday at 9:30. When dropping off the vehicle we were told AC diagnostics, which took 2 hours, would be required. And perhaps the vehicle would need to remain over the holiday weekend. Regardless we expected to hear back from the service person on Friday with the cost estimation for repair and when the repair may be completed. But when Darwin failed to contact us we went to the dealership on Saturday for answers on the repair costs. Fortunately Lou saw us and introduced us to Erick (in service) who eventually found the technician notes on the AC repair and approximated our out of pocket expense. He suggested alternatives to repair and introduced us to Joel Capaz, Sales Person. We found a recently traded 1 year new XC90 with reasonable mileage and as noted earlier the rest is "history". More

He was direct, knowledgeable, and quite willing to work with us to enable us to acquire a vehicle. He followed up with calls and always made himself available for questions or concerns. He knew the product and made sure that we were satisfied with it. On the few occasions when he was not available, Peter Maria stepped in and handled our transaction. Peter also was terrific. The dealership itself is quite nice. It is comfortable to be in and each employee we interacted with was pleasant and personable. We definitely would recommend this dealership, and especially Andrew, to anyone interested in a Volvo in the southeast Florida area. More
