Before making a long car trip, we brought the car to the dealership for a service check up. We were assured that everything was checked over and working properly. So, when the navigation system malfunctioned at the start of the northeast corridor we were surprised and disappointed. We navigated from Richmond VA to Long Island, NY with the aid of our smartphones and google maps. Not the experience we were expecting in our new car. When I contacted the dealership, I was told that there was an update for the navigation system that could be installed upon my return. Why was this not taken care of the previous week? It was an oversight and created a very difficult and possibly dangerous situation for my family. More
