Our experience at this dealership was the best car buying experience iwe've ever had. First, their used cars available are in extraordinary condition. Second, the staff are the most professional, accommodating people I've ever dealt with. Everyone returned phone calls, followed up as promised. Dee De, was our first contact, very professional, great follow through. I want to especially recommend our sales person, Chris Pineda, he has been outstanding in every restorer during our purchase, very knowledgeable about Volvo's features, extremely professional. I told him if he wasn't careful, he will give car salespeople a good name. Pierre in finance was not high pressure trying to sell optional products which are a good value by the way. I feel very comfortable knowing my Certified Volvo has a factoRay warranty for six years for less money than other makes new cars with a three year warranty. Our car is an S60, it's an amazing vehicle! We couldn't be happier and will be life long customers. More

back seat removal Yesterday while bringing home our dog after surgery at the vet he made a mess in the back seat. A 2017 XC60. The owners manual had no information on removing the seat. I called the dealership 3 times and could not get anyone in service to answer. I called Richard Gardiner, our salesman and he called back within a minute. He went to the service department and had an answer in 5 minutes. The seat is easily removed once I knew where to look. I may not have found the button without Richard's help. We are grateful for his quick response. More
