Before making a long car trip, we brought the car to the dealership for a service check up. We were assured that everything was checked over and working properly. So, when the navigation system malfunctioned at the start of the northeast corridor we were surprised and disappointed. We navigated from Richmond VA to Long Island, NY with the aid of our smartphones and google maps. Not the experience we were expecting in our new car. When I contacted the dealership, I was told that there was an update for the navigation system that could be installed upon my return. Why was this not taken care of the previous week? It was an oversight and created a very difficult and possibly dangerous situation for my family. More

Changed Perception When you go into a car dealership, you expect to be run down by salesmen, and are prepared to fight for the price you want. The prices you see are the prices you get, and it was way below other dealerships I shopped. The staff was curtious, and pleasant, and responded promptly to my questions and concerns. My husband wasn't able to come see the vehicle, so they offered for me to test drive it to his office so he could assist with assessing the vehicle. Even after driving the SUV off the lot, I called with a concern and an issue a day later; they took care of it quickly. I will go back to Schumacher Volvo in the future, for sure. More
