We visited quite a number of car dealers in the Palm Beach area, and most of those were truly horrible experiences: poorly trained, unskilled salespeo We visited quite a number of car dealers in the Palm Beach area, and most of those were truly horrible experiences: poorly trained, unskilled salespeople who new hardly anything about the cars they sold and could not even provide estimate car prices without running to their managers... forcing us to wait tens of minutes each time. Always they tried to offer inflated prices, expecting to haggle and wheel and deal, which is something we detest. Also, many of the used cars we were offered showed serious defects, which we were told "is entirely normal for a used car". Schuhmacher Volvo Cars of the Palm Beaches was one of only two dealerships we found, that offered friendly, trustworthy staff which were well versed in the nuances of their vehicles, offered straight forward prices and deals and furthermore kept their vehicles in excellent conditions. The whole process from first examining the car to the actual buying process was extremely professional, friendly and also fast. We were ofered help, where needed, and were not pushed or prodded to accept any bad deals. Instead, they were very forthcoming and assisted us where possible. Also, their service and repair workshop made a very good impression, and has served us very well, so far. We can only recommend this dealership, if you want to have high quality cars, good service, knowledgeable staff and a trustworthy business partner. Quite the opposite of the typically decried "shady used-car dealers". You won't be disappointed! More
