He answered all of my questions and made it such an easy decision to buy my new vehicle at Volvo of the Palm Beaches. In fact, everyone who I came in contact with at the Dealership from the Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Service Director, and new owner trainer Noelys who taught me all about the features of my new Volvo were terrific. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. It went so smoothly and everyone went above and beyond to meet my needs. I highly recommend Pete Maria and Volvo of the Palm Beaches. Worst dealer experience ever! I will never go back. They appear to be pleasant and polite at first but they are really dishonest. Sold lemon car without disclosing problems and wou I will never go back. They appear to be pleasant and polite at first but they are really dishonest. Sold lemon car without disclosing problems and would not take it back nor replace it. Volvo North America Customer Service is also not helpful. Every time we requested a quote the car price increased and so did the fees. We will not recommend it. If you really want a Volvo, go to Weston instead. You’ll be better off looking at the multiple European dealers down the street who would stand by their cars. More

He was patient, listened earnestly and answered EVERY question with professional knowledge. He knew his vehicles better than any car/dealer representative I had dealt with in the past. Considering the number of vehicles I have purchased in the past I was considerably impressed. Elliott also spent considerable time going over all the options and nuances of the new vehicle until my wife and I were comfortable with the car.
