Professionalism and Class all the way It was incredibly difficult to find a salesperson like Joel and we are glad because we had to drive for over an hour to get to the dealership. The local Volvo dealerships in Miami were playing games, being rude and were not really interested in our business. Joel thought otherwise, they contacted us right away and he spent time addressing all of our concerns over the phone, text and e-mail. We finally decided to drive up from Miami with some hesitation since the experience with the other dealerships was so different that we were waiting for the other shoe to drop. It didn't happen. Our experience with Joel and the team was outstanding and frictionless. We were treated with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and respect. We were in and out of the dealership in just a couple of hours and we got the SUV we wanted. More
