He returned calls when he said he would, and answered his phone whenever I called (which was often). He is professional, friendly, and good humored. When it came to turning in my old leased car, he took care of everything. When it came to processing the new lease under the COSTCO Auto Program, he handled all of that too. I did a lot of shopping around before I decided to lease this car, and went on several test drives. Andrew was by far the best equipped, most knowledgeable salesperson I came across. Our finance guy was also very good. Unfortunately, I'm sorry to say I don't recall his name - but he worked hard to make our experience dealing with all the paperwork as quick and painless as possible. Gretar does a good job of running you through the vehicle features, and is also responsive to questions and calls. More
