Unable to schedule much needed service I will never buy another car here. I have spent over an hour and a half on calls just trying to make a service appointment. Each call takes 10-15 mi I will never buy another car here. I have spent over an hour and a half on calls just trying to make a service appointment. Each call takes 10-15 minutes to get through to speak to someone because the annoying recording says "higher than normal call volume." They should hire more people if that is the ongoing issue. I have spoken to four people asking for someone to call and confirm my appointment for service trying different numbers listed on line. Not one person has called or emailed to confirm. My service is for issues that were identical to my last service issues. The wiring is messed up in my Volvo 2018 XC60 TR SUV. Everything just shuts off or doesn't load. Wind shield wipers go on randomly (when not raining). Etc. Now I have spent time on Chat to explain everything once again. They said they would send an urgent message. It has been two hours and not a peep. When I have gone for service, the people at the dealership are great. Unfortunately, it is just impossible to reach them. More
