This place just felt different - not just one person- no high pressure salesmen, no overbearing aggressive sales manager there for the close, no heavy handed finance guy- all, quite simply, nice honest people. If they can do something they will and if they can’t, they don’t play games. Highly recommend . Very happy with my new vehicle. I waited a little while to write the review, because I wanted to get a feel for the car I purchased and my overall sense of the business- for the reco I waited a little while to write the review, because I wanted to get a feel for the car I purchased and my overall sense of the business- for the record, this was my first ever dealership experience. All my vehicles prior to this have been 15+ year old cars with 150K+ miles on them that I drove into their car graves. On this particular vehicle death, I did something dumb, and the first repair (the flame trap) and the second repair that would follow (the timing belt) both individually totaled more than the value of the car. I asked the repair service associate to show me a list of cars the dealership had on the lot for under 10K, he did, I liked what I saw, and he sent me over to see Joel. The sticker price was 7995, with dealer fees it came out to 8995. However, I'm not entirely against that process, I understand the game, and I was a first time customer, as well. For 49K miles on a 4 year old car, paying 9K is near the top end of the KBB fair market value, but it's still within it, and the car is well maintained and serviced. After having driven it for two weeks, I'm looking forward to driving it for the next ten years. Speaking of that, I went back to talk to Joel and ask about its service history and a whole bunch of other things about a week and a half after I bought the car- he remembered me, and took the time to help me find out what I wanted to know ; also, he was right, and I was worried about maintenance about 3000 miles too soon. Money he saved me, there, and already making me feel like I made a good choice coming here. Pierre was also great about dealing with my financing for me and explaining everything to me- remember, before this I'd always bought my cars in cash - so I had a LOT of questions; and he got them all answered for me as I flew through paperwork whilst trying to scan everything (because I was raised not to sign hotel waivers without reading them). He was patient with me even though I know there was another sale he was trying to close out behind me, and that was really helpful. Everyone in this building is fantastically friendly, even if they're just pointing you towards the bathroom. I'm glad they were patient with my impatience in wanting to know what was wrong with my old car, and I'm definitely coming back here for my next car. More
