Richie went above and beyond searching for my vehicle of choice. Schumacher unfortunately did not have the color combo I really wanted, but from Volvo knowledge, friendliness, constant contact, lightning fa choice. Schumacher unfortunately did not have the color combo I really wanted, but from Volvo knowledge, friendliness, constant contact, lightning fast responses - I knew I wanted to stick with working with Richie. However, time kept on, and I needed a vehicle desperately. Unfortunately due to the color combination that he could not locate, I decided to contact another dealer and almost remotely completed the deal with Wallace Volvo in Stuart- applied for financing and literally drove 40 miles to pick up the vehicle. However, this was a complete WASTE of time and quite frankly seemed like a bait and switch technique as they did NOT have the vehicle as described via phone. I immediately left and reached out to Richie to get back to looking for me some more. I definitely put him under a lot of pressure, and he just wanted to perform and make Schumacher shine. While I decided on a different color combo that Schumacher had in stock, I am even happier with this Volvo XC60 with White exterior and Blonde interior. It's so beautiful. Unfortunately after driving for under a week the Airbag Warning came on, so I had to bring it in and Richie set me up with a loaner and Alex the service director was extremely friendly and sincere that he wanted to be able to assure me that my Volvo was as safe as possible. So currently I am in a Volvo XC40 and cannot wait to drive my car again - but the level of service and quick attention to getting me in and out with a loaner was superb. I've worked in the car industry personally for more than 20 years, so the level of attention to customer service really is appreciated. I highly recommend Richie if you're looking to buy your next car. One more shout out is Craig at their Buick Store for doing my financing quickly while there was a long wait at Volvo. The team at Schumacher really worked together to make this a great experience, even when an issue arose... and that is a testament to excellent service. Thanks, Monique Hausheer More
My girlfriend and I walked into Schumacher Volvo just to test drive the new XC40 and went home with a new car. I want to say our sales rep Howard is THE MAN!! Peter the sales mgr and Aj in financing were very personable and kept in contact with us with any necessary updates after our purchase. We leased a new Volvo XC90 and returned 2018 XC60 lease from out of state on 12/7. The salesperson Andrew made it seem that they do quite often out of state transactions We have been trying to get prope from out of state on 12/7. The salesperson Andrew made it seem that they do quite often out of state transactions We have been trying to get proper registration for new XC90 but only received renewal for old XC60 from State of South Carolina Tyler from Infinity has been trying to help us but were told they changed companies for out of state tags We’re going on 74 days with old registration and Tyler did have temporary plates issued from Florida but this is long enough being patient I left a message earlier for Jim G but no return call as of yet We also received an Immediate Request for insurance info and possible suspension of registration by 3/9 Also when we were paying car they wanted us to give them a credit card to show we were serious. I asked about cards and were told they’d give back to us and we later found out when asked again that they couldn’t find. No apologies or very little for the hassle we had to go through replacing card. JANET FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLED TODAY AND SAID SHE’D BE ON TOP OF MAKING SURE THAT WET GOT TEMPORARY PLATES, ETC. SURE SAID SHE’D LET ME KNOW WHEN THINGS WERE HAPPENING. TYLER SAID WE SHOULD RECEIVE TEMPORARY PLATES TOMORROW 3/24 END WILL JUST PARK VEHICLE WITH BACK TO GARAGE AS TEMPORARY PLATES WERE RECEIVED EXPIRES TONIGHT. More
After researching and seeing a Sale/ Lease incentive (that was deceiving... even the “Fine Print” was deceiving.) I found this out after I went to test drive the vehicle that I was planning to lease. Of course the vehicle they list in the “Fine Print” (according to the salesmen) really does not exist. BATE and SWITCH!! This is why I HATE CAR DEALERSHIPS!! And this dealership confirmed my reasons why. They made me feel like I wasn’t worth their time or effort to help get me into one of their vehicles. They made me feel that I was not good enough to be driving one of their so-called luxury cars. Basically they told me to go somewhere that “I could get a cheap car with a cheap payment.” I have NEVER felt so low in all the years that I have been leasing vehicles as I did here. I have NEVER been so insulted and degraded by a dealership than I did by Volvo of Palm Beach!!! YOU LOST a potential client and I will be sure that to pass on my experience with those that I meet and/or know. I work in sales and my daughter goes to a prestigious high school in Palm Beach. You better believe that I will NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!! More
