This is the second rating I have received. Elliot Bates is a true professional in analyzing our needs and desires. We purchased our Volvo XC60 on our first visit and took it home that night. It was late so is a true professional in analyzing our needs and desires. We purchased our Volvo XC60 on our first visit and took it home that night.
