Have not met an auto sales rep like Elliot Bates. Honest, sincere, and truly cared about me rather than just making a sale. I had been using a full care service called Care by Volvo, which Elliot arranged for me --- seamlessly 5 months ago --- when i moved to the area. I was interested in more permanent options and Elliot took immense time going through the pros and cons of each option. I was convinced that he cared about what was best for me. Schumacher should be proud. Have been buying cars for 40 years and this was certainly my best experience. Would recommend any day of the week. More
