When we finally got in touch, he said diagnosing the codes would take about 45 minutes and that he’d let us know if my husband could get a loaner. Four hours later, my husband gets the car back—and the codes are still there. This is a car with less than 6,000 miles on it! This isn’t the first time, either. Previously, they “cleared” a code, and we had to return because the issue wasn’t actually fixed. I gave them another chance, thinking it was a one-time mistake. This time, when my husband went back, Eric was “too busy” to fix their mistake or give him a loaner—even though he knew my husband had to pick up our daughter from school all the way in Loxahatchee. I called the service manager Rick Presley - of course, he was “in a meeting.” I left a message saying if I didn’t hear back, I’d escalate it to corporate. Never heard from him. They care if you give them a good survey score, but they don’t care enough to call back after screwing up twice. Unacceptable service. More

Another reason is, that Schumacher Volvo has always good selection of cars in variety of colors and trims. For some strange reason, dealers in South Florida order only white and black cars with dark interior. I have actually confronted them about it. They claim, that only white cars are selling, which is very true as they don't have any others to offer ! As customer I feel very welcome at Schumacher Volvo and the entire team makes sure, that the whole purchasing process goes smooth. More
