They make it impossible to schedule appointments. It’s still rattling during startup and a quick google search shows this is due to a worn variable cam timing unit that needs replaced. No one followed up with me to make sure the problem was Fixed. Now I have to bring it back in, but the problem is they never answer the phone and make it difficult to get an appointment scheduled. I’ve always owned Escalades in the past and I must say the Delray Cadillac service is superior to what we’ve experienced at Schumacher Lincoln in Delray. More

Very slimy folks at this dealership. If you must beware of the Finance guy selling the Dealer Maintenance program. He will force it on you at the close.
