My leased 2025 Corsair has had an on going problem for months regarding the memory functions for the 2 drivers that use the vehicle. I have been to the dealer at least 4 times with the same issue, with no months regarding the memory functions for the 2 drivers that use the vehicle. I have been to the dealer at least 4 times with the same issue, with no resolution in sight. The vehicle had been left at the Dealership for multipe days. Although they have tried changing a couple of component,the issue still exists. I have duplicated the issue to the service writer, Mike Pagan and the Service Manager, William Kotewicz numerous times; and although they have been polite, we do not have a resolution for the issue. I then contacted Lincoln Cocierage and they were very little help. At my latest visit on May 14th 2026 they replaced the keyfob, which did not solve the problem. The service department then got my original Salesperon, Dan Blackburn involved. We spent over 30 minutes playing with settings, deleting and reinstall the profiles, with no resolution. Dan said he would look into it further, which he did. He called me today May 15th to try something else pressing buttons in a sequence to see if that resolved the issue; it did not. On a previous visit I asked the Service Manager if he could reach out to Lincoln Factory Tech Support to assist. He basically told me there is no one to contact and that it was up to the Dealer to diagnois and correct any issues using the tech equipment they had, which showed no issues found; however the problem still exists. I am shocked that Lincoln (Ford Motor Company) does not have tech troubleshooters avilable to work with the Dealership. After looking at a number of vehicles to replace the 2022 Mazda CX 5 Signature who's lease was up, I decided on Lincoln for the folowwing reasons: The vehicle is made in America, the vehicle was available with a light colored interior, and the tech features that were available were exactly what we wanted, and not available in a Mazda, and we loved the look of the car and the way it drove. At this point it is not likely that I would lease another Lincoln. Sales sells the first car you lease when you switch brands but Service sells the next one, along with quality and service. Simply put, all I want is for the issue to be corrected on my current vehicle or I am going o look into the provisions and options utilizing the State's Lemon Law. More

Great Dealership to work with. Steve was exceptional. We were ready to "walk out" but Steve pointed out some considerations that I had not thought of. He turned me around and Steve was exceptional. This is the second car we've gotten from Schumacher. I worked with Dan on behalf of my parents, so it was all on the phone as I am out of state. He was fantastic. Answered all my questions, got me all the information I asked for, went through all our options. He was an honest broker, no surprises, no ridiculous add ons. We agreed to a deal, and my parents just went in to pick up the car and sign the paperwork. Again, no surprises, no pressure. Just a fair price and great customer service. Most important, they ended up in the RIGHT car for them. Thanks to Dan's help. 10/10 More

I can honestly say that dealing with Shumacher is probably the smoothest leasing experience I have ever had with a dealership.
