Once again, had great difficulty trying to book our MKC for service through the Service Dept. Finally contacted Michael Kuznetz, our Service Advisor. Booked same day service with his personal follow-up, as usual. Kudos to Michael for caring about Customer needs promptly! We always trust that if we have auto issues, Michael Kuznetz will respond in a prompt, professional manner, allowing us to feel that Schumacher Lincoln is the better choice.
