Now a part of the Subaru Family! I hadn't planned on purchasing a Subaru but I knew I had to give the brand a chance. Quite a few people I know drive Subarus and love theirs. Carl Volk came out and helped me learn about the Impreza. I drove an Impreza and after the color I wanted wasn't available, we moved on to looking at the Legacy. It was more than I wanted to spend but it had every bell and whistle I could have wanted....and in the color I wanted. Carl was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and not once did he make me feel pressured about anything! Loved the car (and the deal I got!) so much I didn't even bother to consider any other car make or model! Carl was an A+ salesperson and I would recommend Carl and Shortline Subaru to anyone. I went in and spoke to the Sales Manager... he was great, and he gave me a new salesperson, Marvis L Cobb. Marvis was everything a Sales and Leasing Consultant should be... kind, professional, and thorough! I got the lease special that I wanted. They cut me a great deal on a loaner until my car came in... and five days later I'm elated with my Pearl White 2014 Crosstrek!!! Thank you Shortline Subaru... great experience!!! More
