Carl ended up picking me up from the airport and drove me straight to the dealership where I finalized a few forms and drove away. Overall it was a smooth transaction and will definitely be returning to Carl in the future. There was one minor finance form issue on my end but Carl and the finance department worked with to get that resolved quickly. Any questions I've had since I got the car was answered quickly and resolved the issue at hand. A+! More
