BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! It was my first day working in Denver, when I got off work I was on my way home and a semi and I collided. This morning I went to a dealership in Golden, Colorado; I told the salesman that customer service is a huge factor to me. I left thinking I need a new plan of attack because I didn't get the service I needed. I am going to keep looking, NEVER settling! Last night I was browsing different Subaru websites and after leaving golden I had a feeling and decided to call Shortline. I was connected to a man, Greg Shevell, who was wonderful. I have never been treated like such a real person in my life, in ANY sales environment!! It didn't just stop there, Greg and his whole team were this FANTASTIC! I was instantly greeted when I walked in the door and shown where the coffee, restrooms and waiting areas were. When I finally met with Greg we discussed my finances and cars a bit and then he showed me my DREAM car, or pretty close to it, 2011, white Subaru Impreza. I left tonight with a new car and a smile that won't leave my face. I had the BEST customer service experience EVER!! I would highly recommend Shortline Subaru if you are searching for a new or used vehicle. I would also HIGHLY recommend Greg, he's very personable. I feel like I've known him for years! Superb Experience I worked with Mike Mattingly, the Internet Sales Manager at Shortline Subaru. I got in contact with him through a quote I had from a Subaru Outback I worked with Mike Mattingly, the Internet Sales Manager at Shortline Subaru. I got in contact with him through a quote I had from a Subaru Outback I created via the Subaru website. From the get-go, Mike was very informative on any questions I had. I had started looking at dealerships about six months in advance, so I was doing quite a bit of shopping. He gave me a competive price from the start. I worked with him more as my timeframe for buying drew near. Meeting with him in person only made me realize that this experience was not-your-stereotypical car dealership. There was no haggling or pressure. I got straight answers from both Mike and his supervisor Bob Donner. (I worked with Bob one day since Mike had a customer in from another state signing up some paperwork.) Just to give you an idea of how honest and uncharacteristic the people at Shortline are in comparison to other places, Bob suggested that I shop at other places such as Rack Attack to get a better deal on some accessories I was looking to buy for the new Outback. That spoke volumes. I couldn't be more happier with my experience there, and my new car has been great the two weeks I have had it. It is an "undealership" experience.
