I always feel that my "LULU" (my Legacy's name) and I are well taken care of. I could not be more pleased about having purchased my beautiful, chai bronze car at Shortline. You will too. More

He was very nice and gave us the easiest and quickest experience we've had at a car dealership. We drove a little over an hour to go to this dealership because we heard we would get a better deal than in the military town. We are very happy with our new Subaru Forester. Thank you very much Greg! =) More

Only thing is, the vehicle we got took 3+ months to deliver, since we ordered the vehicle from scratch , that's not a dealer can do - But i would like if we have regular updates on the deliver date of vehicle. Good Car Buying Experience David Cardwell, Internet Sales, was fun, friendly, and personable. Negotiating to the best price was easy and quick. One or two emails is all it too David Cardwell, Internet Sales, was fun, friendly, and personable. Negotiating to the best price was easy and quick. One or two emails is all it took. I had to wait a month or so for the car to arrive on the lot, which was no big deal for me. David picked me up at the airport, which was very helpful. It took longer to complete the transaction at the dealership than I anticipated, but again that was not a big deal. I could have done without the extended warranty sales pitch. Remember to bring proof of insurance with you when you pick up your car. More

Two thumbs up! despite the fact that my issue was not covered by warranty, their service team proved again that my choice of dealership was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my long life. It was everything you can desire from any service organization: friendly attitude, responsiveness, attention to customer's needs, and high professionalism. Specifically, I want to praise Takeshi Hirano, Cindy Peterson and they manager Garret Nye. I felt like being welcomed and helped by true friends. My deep gratitude also goes to my sales rep Johathan Daiter who oversaw service visit from the beginning to the and, communicate with me about every step and found best solution for the customer (me). Thank you very much, Shortline Team! More
Deposit demand after deal signed for NEW vehicle. There are 2 distinctly different incidents that have led me to NOT recommend this dealership. I will admit that the sales process, though a bit long (3.5hrs), was pleasant, and we agreed on exactly what we wanted. The "Carlady" was very nice and helpful, the finance guy "M" was also. The vehicle that we "purchased" is IN TRANSIT and has not arrived at the dealership as of the time of this review and when the deal was finalized. During the buying process we stated CLEARLY that while we own our trade-in clear title, we would have to go to the DMV and get the title due to it being lost in a move. We were told by both the sales rep and the finance rep "no problem, as long as we have it by the time you pick up." Papers were signed, conditions agreed upon, etc. 1. This morning 3-FEB, I get a very distressing and borderline threatening phone call from my sales consultant, stating that I "NEED" to deliver the title today to "HOLD" the car or deliver a check for $5000 that would not be cashed in order for them to "guarantee" that the car not be sold to another party. When I called them out on this stating that we have a SIGNED PURCHASE CONTRACT and we agreed to the time frame for us to deliver the title and the trade upon delivery. The back-tracking started, and it was the "Subaru" sales managers directives and it really wasn't $5k check, it was "ONLY $500." why would that be a problem? blah, blah, blah. 2. At the ending portion of our conversation when "M" was attempting to smooth over the situation it was implied that we did not have "final credit approval" and the deal "could" fall apart based on my not complying with not dropping off the deposit or title right away. etc. Clearly I am now thinking about walking away from the deal entirely unless something substantial happens and will give no end of negative reviews to anyone that asks.
