The car did have 2 minor issues after I drove off the lot that the dealership is resolving for me at not cost to myself (this was not a certified car either). Overall, a great experience and I will definitely go to Shortline first when I am in the market for another vehicle. More

I admit that I had a few concerns buying from a dealership and person in a distant city, but everything I researched suggested that it would be ok. It was way better than ok. I had absolutely no surprises and everyone I dealt with at the dealership was very helpful and friendly. It was a great experience and very easy transaction. When I arrived, Chris picked me up and then spent quite a bit of time with me explaining the features of the car and even went on a test drive with me prior to purchase. He also followed up 4 days later to make sure I was still happy. It was definitely worth my time flying to Denver and I enjoyed a mini vacation driving back to Montana. When we decided to trade in for a 2015 Outback we did not want to go anywhere else. Mitchell Biery was wonderful as a salesperson - low key, polite and fun to work with. We had to push the manager a bit on the trade in value for our 2009 but they agreed quickly and we had a deal. We have purchased 5 Subarus and this is by far the best dealership we have dealt with.
