So when it was time for my husband to replace his car, we contacted David thru the internet. He provided a great price and we purchased a 2015 Impreza. One month later, I was ready to replace my car. Again we contacted David and he gave us a great deal on a 2016 Legacy. He is so very easy to work with, a no pressure type of guy. He was very thorough with how all of the options worked on both cars. Always ready to answer any questions. I would highly recommend David as the all time Sales Associate. When my Iowa friend is ready for a new Subaru, I will once again be contacting David. Our finance guy both times was Kirk Tubbs, he was very professional and patiently explained any questions that I had. He didn't pressure us to purchase any additional items but did offer them to us. I bought a 2015 Subaru Impreza and so far, it's the best decision I've ever made. I needed AWD to get around the snow with, so that's one of the many reasons why I decided to go with Subaru. Shortline was the third Subaru dealership that I had checked out, and I'm so glad that I did my research and waited. Come to find out they are the largest Subaru dealership besides another one in Colorado Springs. When I got to their lot, this was quite evident as their selection was impressive and top notch. I already knew what I was looking for (for the most part) but whenever I had a question, Carl was eager to teach me everything that I needed to know. After going to so many dealerships, I started to get apprehensive because of the variety of Salesmen that are out there. Carl was not pushy and I never felt uncomfortable during the entire process. I just wanted to thank the whole team for being very accommodating and gracious for me, I appreciate it! I already told all of my friends and family how happy I am with my new car! More

Having never bought a car at a dealership before, my wife and I were cautious and perhaps doubly so being jaded New Yorkers, and we of course wanted to maximize our budget. Mitchell and company at Shoreline Subaru really helped to assuage our fears. We went on a couple test drives, which helped narrow our choice and Mitchell was quite knowledgable about the differences between the 2 models we were deciding between. We got a great deal on a year end model and Mitchell provided an extremely patient, no-pressure environment that put us at ease. We are absolutely thrilled with our new Subaru and would definitely recommend going to Shoreline if you are in the market for a new vehicle. More

I never thought I would use those words to describe buying a car, given my other car purchasing experience, but it is true. It was A GREAT EXPERIENCE! I emailed Shortline Subaru for a price for the model and trim I was interested in, and David promptly responded with a quote which was much lower than any other quote I received. We talked on the phone, and David reserved a car for me. He kept me informed when it looked like there might be a delay, but my car arrived on time (Thank you!). The Saturday morning visit to the dealership to meet with David and the finance manager, Joel Gonzalez, was efficient and informative. It was a pleasure to conduct business with them both. After the purchase was complete, we went out to my new car, and David explained how to drive during the engine break-in period, and took a lot of time to show me how to use the all the great features on the car. Shortline, Mitch and Johny got me my dream car! Mitch and Johny were so incredibly helpful, friendly, knowledgable and such a pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured and knew I was getting the best deal possible without any funny business. I also thought I was going to have to wait awhile to get the exact car I wanted, but with Mitch staying on top of it, he found one and was able to get it to me the next day- which is when I needed it by in the first place. Johny helped me understand all the details of leasing (which I was really skeptical about) and I felt completely at ease moving forward with that option. I highly recommend Shortline for your car needs- I actually already have! My friends and family are headed there soon. Thanks for such a wonderful overall experience. More
