Worst Buying Deal Ever Well, where do I start... I purchased a used 2006 Honda Ridgeline from their Hyundai store... I made a deal with the sales manager on price and said I Well, where do I start... I purchased a used 2006 Honda Ridgeline from their Hyundai store... I made a deal with the sales manager on price and said I would pickup the truck the following day. I got there and it was supposed to be detailed... well, I mentioned it to him and he laughed at me... I spent 4 hours detailing the truck again at my home... This is not the only problem... I got a letter from their Used Titles Department that the truck did not have the "weight" on the title from where it came from "Alaska". and that I had to go and get it weighed at a weigh station on my time and waste of gas.. I asked Eric Steffan if someone from there store could do this, because it was their problem not mine. I got no response.. So on a Saturday, I spent 2 hours and 45 miles of driving to get this done and dropped it off at the dealership... They did reimburse me for the price of the weight ticket... wow... At this time, I have not had any further follow up from anyone from the dealership at all. So, my comment is, if you want the worst customer service, and biggest headache... then buy a car from this dealership... I will NEVER step foot inside this dealership again... More

I emailed David to say that I'd decided to buy the Outback Limited in Tungsten and 4 hours later I was driving home in my new car with, I might add, a full tank of gas. One factor in my decision to buy at Shortline is that we've been having our 2006 Outback Wagon serviced at Shortline and have developed a trust relationship with the service department. After doing lots of research and shopping, Jonathan gave me the best price and beat even my local Colorado Springs (Heuberger) dealership by over $1000!
