Patient and a great deal I've always looked at Subaru and finally pulled the trigger. I originally came in with my girlfriend and just looked with no pressure from Sean. It took a while to get the deal done, but I got my Legacy with everything I wanted for a fair price. More

Amazing Experience and Incredible Service! I hate car shopping..... I knew what I was looking for and wanted to do most of the searching online before I stepped foot in a dealership. I called every Subaru dealership in a 100 mile radius from my house because I don't mind driving a little ways to get excellent service and a great deal. I live in Castle Rock so Aurora was a bit of a drive but I knew immediately when David Cardwell called me back that I wanted to work with him. He was straight forward, answered all my questions, and gave me an incredible deal on the exact car I had been searching for. We drove down, saw the car and knew instantly that this is exactly what David had promised over the phone. My husband and I have been married for 25 years and have purchased at least 20 new cars over this time so we have experienced every type of sales associate and dealership. David is one of the best! He is honest, professional and heard everything I was asking for. We also met with the manager who walked us through our paperwork and spent some time answering additional questions. EVERY single person at Shortline was a pleasure to deal with and it made the car buying experience fun! He gave us all the information we needed to make a good decision, gave us ample time for a testdrive, was upfront about pricing and fees (no hidden fees by the way, always a relief), and was just generally very pleasant to work with. We had been subject to pretty aggressive sales tactics at other dealers. At Shortline, we simply felt like they were trying to get us the car we actually wanted and could afford.
