An internet specialist from Shortline called us very quickly, and reviewed the sales people who would be available for us to work with. We made an appointment to meet with Craig Heydman. When we arrived at the dealership, Craig met us, and we sat in his office to discuss our needs. Craig was very personable, professional, and very helpful in explaining how the Costco program works. Janet and I had already decided that we wanted a Subaru Forester. Craig took us out to the lot, and we looked at a handful of 2016 Foresters, choosing by color, the vehicle that we wanted. We selected one for a test drive, and took a short drive. Craig explained the various features to us as we drove. We made our decision before we arrived back at the dealership. Craig made the arrangements to have us complete the transaction with the Finance person, and off we went. We had told Craig that we wanted a trailer hitch installed on the new vehicle, which he made arrangements for us. I returned back to Shortline the following week, exchanged vehicles, and Craig reviewed all the Owners Manuals and instructions with me. This buying experience was excellent ! Our time was handled very efficiently, which was important to us, since we live an hour south of the dealership. Craig's professionalism was very helpful to us. At no time did we feel pressured into this purchase, which is the way we prefer to be treated. We are very happy to recommend Shortline Subaru and Craig Hedyman to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
