No "muffler bearing" insurance or any of the other, typical car buying run arounds. Just a quick, clean deal. I traded my 2013 Outback Limited for a 2016 Outback Premium. I did a lot of online research and Shortline had the best price I found. I'm just shy of 69 years old and have bought (probably too) many cars and I think this is the best experience I've had buying a car. More

A GREAT buying experience at Shortline Subaru When my wife and I decided that our next vehicle purchase would be a Subaru, we used the Costco Vehicle purchase plan, and we were instructed to conta When my wife and I decided that our next vehicle purchase would be a Subaru, we used the Costco Vehicle purchase plan, and we were instructed to contact Shortline Subaru. An internet specialist from Shortline called us very quickly, and reviewed the sales people who would be available for us to work with. We made an appointment to meet with Craig Heydman. When we arrived at the dealership, Craig met us, and we sat in his office to discuss our needs. Craig was very personable, professional, and very helpful in explaining how the Costco program works. Janet and I had already decided that we wanted a Subaru Forester. Craig took us out to the lot, and we looked at a handful of 2016 Foresters, choosing by color, the vehicle that we wanted. We selected one for a test drive, and took a short drive. Craig explained the various features to us as we drove. We made our decision before we arrived back at the dealership. Craig made the arrangements to have us complete the transaction with the Finance person, and off we went. We had told Craig that we wanted a trailer hitch installed on the new vehicle, which he made arrangements for us. I returned back to Shortline the following week, exchanged vehicles, and Craig reviewed all the Owners Manuals and instructions with me. This buying experience was excellent ! Our time was handled very efficiently, which was important to us, since we live an hour south of the dealership. Craig's professionalism was very helpful to us. At no time did we feel pressured into this purchase, which is the way we prefer to be treated. We are very happy to recommend Shortline Subaru and Craig Hedyman to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
