I was moving from Virginia to Colorado and he was able to locate a very particular model and set of features, and it was waiting for me at the dealership when I got off the plane in Denver. Less than two hours later and I was on my way, and extremely satisfied! Nick responded to about 20 e-mails through the process, a fair bit of attention that was greatly appreciated. I would say this was the best buying experience out of the 5 cars I have bought new (previously Honda, Acura and Subaru.) More
