The staff at shortline seem to cooperate well. I like my sales representative David Cardwell (The British Guy).. I picked the car I wanted from online inventory, 2017 Forester Jasmine Green, and it did not take to long to close the deal when I went to the dealership. New cars are amazing with their performance and gas mileage. I don't care much for all the avionics type controls and displays, but I use them and will see how well they hold up.. The final step in the process was a little pressure oriented to purchase extended coverage. I hope I do not regret not purchasing extended warranties. More

Above and Beyond Service Car shopping for me was kind of overwhelming. I had heard too many horror stories and worst case scenarios that put me on guard. We were out-of-state buyers who somewhat had our financing taken care of. That turned into a bigger problem than it should have where we were initially going to purchase from in Colorado Springs. They were so adamant in us financing with them that I began to look elsewhere. To make a very long story short Shortline Subaru was the best. Particularly working with Marcus Moore. He undeniably went above and beyond for us. I cannot tell you how much he endured in assisting us. He dealt with me pestering him on a daily basis and not once ever made me feel like a nuisance. He was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He even rearranged his schedule and went out of his way to pick me up from the airport. My banker here in a small town was pretty terrible to the both of us. I dealt with it since she did my loan exactly the way I wanted. He could have easily written me off and not had to endure her psychosis, but he persevered anyway. If you want an actual car salesman who you feel is on your side, Marcus is the one you want to work with. I cannot highly recommend him enough. Plus, this dealership beat every other dealerships price! More

Nick was very upfront about the pricing, no extra charges and no haggleing which was refreshingly different from my last car purchase. He also very patient and answered all of my questions, there were many! Nick was off the day we went into make the purchase, and Mike helped us and went over all the features of the new car and answered even more questions.
