Recently, I entered the market for a 2017 Forester for my wife, I did a good amount of research, and started the process of getting quotes from different dealerships. Around that same time a buddy of mine referred me to David Cardwell at Shortline Subaru. David found the exact trim, color, and accessories which I was looking for, shot me over a quote and I told him I'd get back to him on it. Later that evening I crunched the numbers to get ready for the low ball counter offer. After 'crunching the numbers' I realized that I didn't need to make a counter offer, the price was spot on. Couldn't believe it. Responded to David's email and told him for the first time in my life I'm happy with the asking price, then sent him my $500 deposit to secure the vehicle. The following steps were also just as smooth and hassle free. David organized everything around my schedule, had me in and out in just over an hour, and I was on my way. Easily the best car buying experience I have had. More
