That being said, I have never had as positive experience with leasing a vehicle as my wife and I recently were provided by Dave Cardwell and Shortline Subaru.....This was by far the most expeditious and transparent car buying or leasing experience of my life. David quickly answered all of my questions, the quoted lease rate was honored without any fuss or pressure to add in other options, and the price of the vehicle was extraordinarily less than competing dealerships. Yet, when it came time to take delivery of our Crosstrek, we were treated with every courtesy that one might expect from a high end luxury dealership. I recommend David without hesitation to any reader and strongly advise against purchasing or leasing a Subaru from any other salesperson or dealership without at least getting a quote from David. I live in a different state, so I worked with the excellent David Cardwell over the phone and email in order to complete the paperwork. Once everything was ready, I traveled to the dealer to pick it up and drove away after only a short time at the dealer.
