I went on line and contacted the internet sales manager and was assigned to Chris Carrera but “Jonny” Carrera the brother called before I had the chance to call Chris. They’re brothers! I talked to Jonny at 10:30 and told him what I was looking for and followed up with an email. Set an appointment to meet at the dealership at 12:30, arrived 15 minuets early and was warmly greeted by Jonny. Much to my surprise car was washed and waiting for my arrival. Jonny is amazing and has exceptional customer service. He really listens and cares about his customer. He’s honest and transparent just as he promised over the phone.
