From the very first conversation, Jonny was knowledgeable, willing to go above and beyond, was responsive, and within about 2 hours came back with a selling price $1k under the other dealership quote AND an additional $1k on my trade. Upon arriving at the dealership Jonny never once made me feel pressured (which I certainly felt at other dealerships). He walked me through the entire process with a smile on his face and there were no surprises - he was good on his word the entire time.
