Could have used a little help Shortline gave great service last time I used them 2 years ago. Since then they are under new ownership I would advise finding a new place to get your car serviced. My 14 wrx is firing off warning lights that the ABS and traction control system is out. I take my baby to daycare in it and would obviously like this fixed ASAP. Well first appoint is 3 weeks out and they refuse to get it in earlier unless the engine light is on also. Then I ask for a loaner since I have a baby and nope no loaner. But they have shuttle service if your within 7 miles, okay then. Oops, I am 7.1 miles and they won't take me home. So I would find another dealer if I were you! More

Fred was honest, direct, answered questions (or found the answer) and put no pressure on us to complete the purchase when we said we had 2 other cars we wanted to look at. When we went back in a couple days to purchase the car, there was still no pressure from him or the finance person; no going back and forth with the sales manager for prices. There were no surprises revealed at the end or increases in the price, which we had experienced elsewhere. We had a car to trade in and received a very fair price for it. I would highly recommend Shortline Subaru and our salesperson Fred Wucherpfennig .in particular. everyone we worked with during the purchase was great! More
