Poor customer service to say the least Took our Subaru to this dealership when it was Shortline Subaru and had really good service. The last two service visits were under the new Schomp ownership and the service was pathetic. I would give them zero stars if possible. Made an appointment for a Friday morning to have some software recall work done along with an oil change and were told the car would be ready late in the afternoon. After not hearing anything from the service department all day and since it was nearing 5:00 pm, we called. Unfortunately, the service department never answered the phone after several attempts. We finally called the sales department since we new they'd answer the phone. The sales associate tracked down information on our vehicle and told us that no work had been started and that they'd need to keep the car over the weekend. Seriously? You can't perform a software update and oil change after we scheduled an appointment? And you can't at least finish it the next day? What good is an appointment when they don't even work on the car for at least 2 days after the appointment time? The service department called back on Monday and said they've been busy and would try to get to the car that day. Asked the service manager what good an appointment does and were told that all the appointment does is set a time to see the service writer, it doesn't mean your car will be worked on at that time, you have to go in line with everyone else, even people who just walk in. When the car was finally done, there were no apologies for keeping the car, no apologies for not returning calls, we were charged for what was supposed to be a free oil change (from a previous coupon) and the car was a filthy mess. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any car dealer in 30 years of having cars serviced. Definitely not going back to this place again. More

Marcus who had helped me out, was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful with the actual purc I had purchased a used Subaru here recently. It turns out, the key for the car was on its way out and I found myself a couple days later having to call a locksmith to fix the key so I could start my car! It was an expensive replacement so I had gone back to the dealership to explain the situation. Now let me tell you, I've never felt more listened to in a customer service type situation than I had in this moment. Marcus heard me out, tested the bad key to see for himself, then refunded me the money, which I also did not expect. There was no hassle, and as a result I have to say this dealership is the real deal! They're helping you out, not just taking your money like other dealerships! More
