This was by far the worst experience I ever had in buying a car. Salesman and manager lied about how the vehicle I was going to purchase went from 4.9 to 28 miles on it. Two of the days the dealership was cl a car. Salesman and manager lied about how the vehicle I was going to purchase went from 4.9 to 28 miles on it. Two of the days the dealership was closed when the down payment was issued. The day the paperwork was formally signed 23.1 miles added yet the vehicle never left the dealership as I checked the locator app frequently and vehicle never left the dealership. Where they said it went for work to be done was 19 Miles from the dealership one way. Suffice to say the math doesn’t add up. No honesty and no integrity but plenty of lies and material misrepresentation. The manager was more concerned about having a good survey and telling me how to fill out the survey by saying non to the question if Inwas asked about the survey rather then actually being sorry for the lies and dishonesty. Buyer beware!! I received a response from the owner on another site I wrote a review. The reply is not correct as I have texts from the salesman Joesph McConnell stating my vehicle was taken off site which was never the case. We were also ever told there were two similar vehicles but I’ve expected nothing but lies and clearly the owner has chosen that same response as well. The following is a response from the owner I received on another review site: Hi Will, we are really sorry this whole thing went south. There weren't any lies, there were two identical cars, and the one that we were supposed to sell to you got sold to someone else. It was a mistake on our end that we fully own. When we offered the same exact car but with 20 more miles, you declined which we fully understand. The offer for parts credits etc. was to try and make up for the mistake and to compensate for the extra 20 miles this car had on it. We botched this one for sure and we need to to better. I'm sorry we couldn't make it right for you. More

Dang, Alice was welcoming, helpful and honest while selling me my new car to me. Buying a new car can be intimidating when purchasing a “new” used car with a limited budget. Alice made the experience selling me my new car to me. Buying a new car can be intimidating when purchasing a “new” used car with a limited budget. Alice made the experience not only pleasant, but also settling, easy peasy, in and out, comprehendable and overall, it was a very satisfying experience. Alice is professional, cordial, relatable and had my best interest. Upon buying the vehicle, I had a couple questions and difficulties moving forward with getting the car registered and something small about the car I hadn’t realised until after purchasing it after the 30 day mark. Although I didn’t get my car insured via the dealership, which would allow coverage for free if something was noticed or happened to the car, Alice still bent over backwards giving me several options on what to do and how to move forward. Alice is great at her job and was fun to work with. Thanks Alice! More
