The communication I received updating me on the progress of my lemon car was excellent. Angela oversaw the entire process and did a truly incredible job. Her guidance and advocacy for me as a customer was top notch. She recognized early on that the car had some significant issues, and she helped put me in contact with Subaru of America to work to resolve the issues in a timely manner.
