We’re now in our second lease through Schomp and are really happy with the service we’ve received. I avoided getting a new car for the longest time, but when we finally had to get a replacement, Schomp really happy with the service we’ve received. Their technicians are usually so quick and I’m never at the service center for more than 30 minutes to an hour, depending on what needs to be done. Ultimately, we decided to stay with this dealership for our second lease because of high quality interactions we had with Richie, one of the client advisors. He worked on our timeline, wasn’t pushy *at all*, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the leasing process (including how to most advantageously plan to save money in the future), and just generally acted in our best interests. We’ll continue to return to Schomp and ask for Richie. More
