I was most impressed by Caid's commitment to following through on my numerous questions that spanned across multiple departments and people, and quickly responding to a couple of minor issues. Finally, Caid exemplified a professional demeanor in a manner that was easygoing and reassuring. Next, I would also like to recognize the exemplary service from Alice Hausig; the sales manager who worked with Caid and myself. Alice was efficient and reasonable with appraising my trade-in in the midst of an incredibly busy Saturday. What impressed the most about Alice was the confidence she demonstrated in Caid; especially in consideration of Caid being a new member of the Schomp sales team. Finally, I was extremely pleased with the expertise of Irena Milasinovic who is the Product Specialist. Irena walked me through all the cool tech in my vehicle, installed the latest updates to the infotainment system and even sent me a Youtube video for how to link my garage door opener with the vehicle's HomeLink system. Irena has incredible subject matter expertise paired with a friendly demeanor to explain all the tech in a non intimidating manner.
