I have to say I dreaded buying a new car but had no choice since mine was stolen. My biggest fear was dealing with a dealership as it had been ten years since I purchased my last car. I originally spoke with Evan who was great about replying and staying connected. I was then referred over to Richie who was so easy to work with. I didn't give too much info off the bat but stated what I was wanting and not needing. Richie was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Subaru Crosstrek. He didn’t upsell any products that I knew I didn’t want, simply advised. Almost two weeks later, I feel confident in my choice and love driving it! I will recommend Richie in the future or Evan for that matter if I hear anyone looking for a car. Fingers crossed I have the same luck with the Service department down the road as I plan to bring my car in for any work needed. *Federico was great as well. He wasn't involved with my purchase but did give me a crash course regarding all the bells and whistles of my car. I actually have an upcoming appt. to get more questions answered. Surprised that this was offered but I definitely needed it. More
