After a few bad experiences, I worked with Mike in the express service department and he was amazing! I live an hours drive from the dealership so it’s important that I can have all the issues addressed i express service department and he was amazing! I live an hours drive from the dealership so it’s important that I can have all the issues addressed in the least amount of trips as possible. Mike listened and made every possible accommodation to take care of my car and work with my insane schedule. He made sure I had everything I needed and managed to fit everything I needed into one visit even though he had to work my car into several different departments within the dealership. He worked with Carolyn and she was kind and communicated clearly. After this experience I would send everyone to Schomp. More
