Alex Main, our Rep, was excellent, super friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and positive under the circumstances. Your finance department created more roadblocks than 225 under construction. For a couple with an 800+ credit score and minimal debt every time Alex disappeared upstairs, we cringed. Not because we were worried about qualifying but because of how long they took for each step of their process. Your website told us one hour! We told Alex we had a flight to catch and when we needed to be at the airport. Alex did everything in his power to meet our timeline but there was nothing he could do. We were late. Barely made the flight. I believe, based on our experience, that your finance department is your weak link. Please fix it, don’t do this to anyone else. Your service team are super professional, efficient and friendly and overall your dealership is a nice experience. More
