They gave us a loaner vehicle while the vehicle was in getting extras added and the work was done well. I mis I had an excellent experience here. Thankfully Sean Flanigan called me at the right time or else I might be in a different car and not as happy. I misread his email or I wouldn’t have went anywhere else in the first place. Everyone at this Schomp Honda were very pleasant, kind, and really made you feel welcome and not just because you were getting a car. I now proudly have a Civic Type-R and couldn’t be happier. While I was doing paperwork I was pleased to see Sean Flanigan get up and tell the other workers to pull my car off the showroom floor so other people wouldn’t continue to sit in it. That showed people that they pay attention to detail at this dealership. I’m bad with names so I don’t remember everyone I talked to or helped me while I was there but they all did a great job.
