Jesse is rude and condescending with his choice of words and tone. I would never, EVER recommend anyone to him. My sales advisor, Jeff Hansen, was always extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I’m happy with my Audi SQ7 trade-in quote (which beat both Audi and CarMax), and Patrick (Sales Manager) greased the administrative skids to remove the slightest potential speed bump from the process. This is a class organization, a great brand, and most importantly, the car is amazing. More
