This is the third X3 that I have bought over the years from the Schomp dealership. Every time the service has been better and better. Both when buying a new one and when coming in for service. He was able to order the car exactly as I wanted. He was very friendly and easy to work with. I know that the new ‘bar’ area is because of COVID however we liked it a lot. The refreshments and snacks have always been great over the years but with the bar they feel even nicer. Once we had signed the paperwork and the car was officially ours, we really liked the reveal that was held downstairs. The cover and ribbon were great. It was the first time that was done for us but I hope that continues. The genius, Sydney, was very friendly and patient with us when I had service issues with my phone. While there are a few similarities with our old X3, she did a great job explaining new features. Overall the whole experience from first contact to sale was great. I will definitely return to buy my next BMW in a few years and will recommend Schomp to all my friends. More
