My experience with the salesmen at Schomp has always been great. They are knowledgeable, respectful and honest. I had the same great experience with Dylan Nurse buying my BMW X1 at Schomp. My major been great. They are knowledgeable, respectful and honest. I had the same great experience with Dylan Nurse buying my BMW X1 at Schomp. My major issue was with the registration, as I got a call from Schomp that I owed over 800 dollars in tax money, which was false because I lived in unincorporated Arapahoe County, and have lived in the county for 5 years. I bought a car at another Schomp Dealership previously and had no tax issues. It was unfortunate because they wouldn't process my registration until I paid. I refused to pay, and I provided them with numerous documents showing that I lived in an unincorporated county. A simple phone call to the assessors office or a search on the county website would have shown this information. I finally took the step of calling the assessors myself, and had her send me an email that again verified what I knew to be true, and she asked me why wouldn't they just call themselves are check the website. I eventually forwarded that email to the dealership and got my registration information a couple weeks later. I asked for a simply apology but never received a phone call or email. I cannot in good conscience recommend Schomp BMW to anybody else because of this very sour experience. A simply apology would have gone a long way More
