I've already attempted to not only contact you directly, but also Mark Osborne (General Manager), and Jeff Edgell (Director of Operations). You all chose to completely ignore my email so your attempt to sound concerned or unfamiliar with my situation at this point is laughable at best. If you actually cared about your customers and not just your profit margins I shouldn't have to post a negative review to get any type of response, albeit a canned response. If you really wanted to contact me you would have done it already.
