Our appointment with him ended up taking most of the day and he even was kind enough to reschedule a later appointment to make sure we did not feel rushed or make hasty decisions on the vehicle and options. My only criticism of our experience is as followed. We ordered a brand new 2022 X3. During the manufacturing process Tim kept us updated on the progress of the vehicle and even made a few adjustments in options to our original order once the vehicle went into production. That being said the BMW manufacturing division did not inform Tim, or us, that the interior trim option we originally chose had been discontinued after our order had been submitted. Someone in the manufacturing process chose to install a trim that we would not have picked, but we’re stuck with. It was very disappointing to wait for 10 weeks only to find that the vehicle option was changed without our input. Tim did a great job of offering some additional incentives and did his best to make the situation more palatable. I would hope that this does not happen often but communication between manufacturing and the end user, us, broke down and hopefully BMW can address this issue for future customers. Despite this issue we would recommend Tim and Schomp BMW to our family/friends and will certainly be a return customer. More
