Everything was good except for the trade in, which isn’t really the dealership’s fault. However, it needs to be shared. We have a 2017 x5 40e. The car is in good shape and has been well maintained. It's our first BMW, and we were proud of that. The car drives well. It looks good. With a good detail it would look like a $30,000 car. Everything but the batteries seem to have a lot of life remaining. Because of an issue with the high-voltage batteries, we were offered $1,000!!! $1,000 for a seven year old BMW! I have a '99 Honda Accord that's worth a lot more than that! BMW should be ashamed! They're beautiful cars and my wife and I both enjoyed the car, but for it to be completely worthless after only seven years is a slap in the face to its "green" ethos.
